Cancellation Policy
Cancellation availability depends on order status, packing, shipment, and product handling stage.
When You Can Cancel
- Orders can generally be cancelled before packing or shipment starts.
- Cancellation may be easiest while the order is still placed or pending confirmation.
- Contact support quickly with your order number.
When Cancellation Is Not Allowed
- Cancellation may not be allowed after dispatch, out-for-delivery, or delivery.
- Customized, perishable, or seller-processed items may have stricter rules.
- Orders already handed to courier may need a return workflow instead.
Cancellation Refund Process
- Eligible prepaid cancellations are refunded after cancellation approval.
- Refund timing depends on payment provider and bank processing.
- Cash on delivery orders do not require payment refund unless already collected.
COD and Online Payment Guidance
- For cash on delivery, contact support before dispatch to stop fulfillment when possible.
- For online payments, keep payment reference and order number ready for refund support.
- If the order is already shipped, the return workflow may apply instead of cancellation.
