How to Create Account
- Open Create Account from the header or login menu.
- Enter accurate name, email, phone, and password details.
- Complete OTP verification where required, then manage profile and addresses from the customer panel.
How to Place Order
- Browse Top Deals or category pages and open a product.
- Add the product to cart, review quantity and price, then continue to checkout.
- Choose or add a delivery address before confirming the order.
How to Make Payment
- Select the available payment method on the checkout payment page.
- Review subtotal, delivery charge, discount, and final total before placing the order.
- If a payment stays pending or fails, wait for confirmation before placing a duplicate order.
How to Track Order
- Login with the same account used for checkout.
- Open My Orders to view order number, items, payment status, delivery address, and order status.
- Shipment details appear when courier tracking is added by the seller or admin team.
How to Request Return or Refund
- Check whether the product and order status are eligible for return or refund.
- Contact support with order number, registered phone or email, reason, and photos if relevant.
- Refund approval depends on order status, product eligibility, and verification.
