Track Order
Track your Lexvers orders from the customer order history page or use your order number when contacting support.
For Logged In Customers
- Open My Orders to see every order placed from your account.
- Use the order detail page to check products, delivery address, amount, and status.
- Shipment tracking appears when courier information is added.
If You Are Not Logged In
- Login with the same account used during checkout.
- After login, open My Orders or Customer Panel > Orders.
- Keep your order number ready if you contact support.
How Tracking Works
- Order placed means your order has been received by Lexvers.
- Packed means the seller or fulfillment team is preparing the parcel.
- Shipped means the parcel has been handed to a courier or delivery partner.
- Out for delivery means the parcel is near the saved delivery address.
- Delivered means the order reached the saved delivery address.
